As you are most likely aware this is eclipse month - the day after this sound immersion comes a lunar eclipse in Taurus.  

Can you feel the energy?  I would imagine that you can what with the chaos that continues to grip our world.

Eclipses act like portals and can precipitate peak energy moments.  They churn up the old energy (inside and out) and lift to a higher order.  They can be intense.

Coming together within the circle of sound, aligning with the vibrations of carefully chosen instruments gives us the opportunity to slow right down, to deeply listen, to be more present with our selves and thus with one another.  Coming together in this way is an opportunity to establish coherence within chaos, to align with the peace, harmony, joy and love that can deepen within us during this process.  And as we cultivate this inner peace within, like beacons of light we take our selves back in to the world and deepen these qualities of the true self with all those we meet.  And eventually, one day, I pray, as I am sure you do too, that all war on this planet will cease.
